Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Dreamcrafters Management. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
- Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting challenges and resolving issues.
- Exemplify a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating trustworthiness and hospitality towards customers and staff.
- Lead a team of Junior Customer Support Representatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in customer support or hospitality roles.
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
- Dedication to ongoing learning and training to master the craft of hospitality and improve customer experience.
- Effective problem-solving skills and an outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for increasing in-person hospitality skills to build better relationships.
