Administrative Coordinator for Assurance and Tax Team

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in San Diego, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable assurance, tax, and financial advisory company.
Estimated Salary: $24.03 per hour
Job Responsibilities:- Process tax documents, including adding signatures, creating client letters, and uploading signed documents via DocuSign.
- Assist the tax team in getting documents signed by clients and filing tax returns electronically or on paper.
- Retain and archive client files according to firm standards and scan documents into paperless document management systems.
- Process and log outgoing mail and packages, monitor postage meter balance, and purchase additional postage as needed.
- Retrieve and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes, and complete general facilities tasks.
- Prepare and maintain conference rooms, administer ID badge and access card procurement, and scan and distribute incoming paper documents via email.
- One (1) or more years of administrative experience.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- A competitive hourly rate of $24.03.
