Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Spread Your Wings Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services and supporting the Quality Assurance Director in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with quality service reviews and documentation audits
  • Monitor client records and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to calls, emails, and mail in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and projects
  • Develop and maintain reports of findings from internal audits
  • Coordinate audit/program review visits and meetings
  • Perform client house visits to check for quality-relevant issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in an administrative support capacity
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with electronic health records and data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written/electronic
  • Ability to type at an effective pace and knowledge of basic software/programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual, with fluency in English preferred
  • Prior experience and familiarity working with regional centers and individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Prior work experience performing internal/external audits and program reviews
Benefits:
  • Full-time positions of 32 hours plus per week are eligible for benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $22-25/hour
