About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HCM Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our award-winning HCM technology and services to new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Foster relationships with outside customers and centers of influence
  • Achieve monthly quota objectives
  • Effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
Requirements
  • 5+ years of SAAS sales experience
  • HCM experience required
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  • A creative and independent thinker with a strong motivation for sales
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
