  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management within the software industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple technical and scrum teams, software development lifecycles, and release management for back-end services and consumer-facing software.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and other software development frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence to generate reports, dashboards, burndowns, and track team velocity.
  • Strong soft skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, thriving in ambiguous environments.
