Job Overview

Cypress HCM is seeking a skilled Platform Product Manager to join our Standards team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a safe environment by building products and platforms that ensure compliance with our Community Policies.

The Role

As a Platform Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing on a set of strategic priorities that uphold community standards. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure that our policies are enforced appropriately and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional working group to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product launches.
  • Maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing product solutions based on business value and customer impact.
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
  • Build alignment across product teams and leadership.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints.
  • Present product roadmap and status to the business and leadership on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for new capabilities with data and users at the forefront.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability to manage a diverse stakeholder audience.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in design and hypothesis-driven product development.
  • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to drive consensus across teams.
Pay Rate Range

$60-67.97/hr.
