Job Title: Workday Certified HCM Consultant

At Intecrowd, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified HCM Consultant to join our team. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of Workday HCM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in multiple modules of the Workday HCM suite, including HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Learning.
  • Lead the deployment team in gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, and demonstrating configurations through the development of prototype systems.
  • Work with the client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Collaborate with the integration consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks and requirements when other team members need support.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Current Workday HCM Certification and at least one other HCM solution certification.
  • 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional human resources experience.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus.
