Accounting and Services Assistant Job Description

  • Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Services Assistant to support our financial operations team at Pan Pacific Seattle. This role will involve providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting and finance, with excellent organizational and time management skills. They will be comfortable working with numbers and have a strong attention to detail.

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities:

The Accounting and Services Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the financial operations team
  • Maintaining accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Preparing and distributing daily reports
  • Assisting with auditing and reconciling cashiers and credit card transactions
  • Inputting and updating financial information into our BRAINS network

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in accounting and finance or equivalent training required
  • Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required
