Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at AAA Fire Protection Inc. as an Inside Sales Development Representative.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves handling both inbound leads and outbound sales, with a focus on promoting our fire protection services in the Puget Sound area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming sales inquiries, gather necessary information, and direct them to the right team members.
  • Keep our CRM system up to date with new leads and customer details.
  • Reconnect with past customers to win back their business.
  • Contact current customers to offer additional fire protection services.
  • Contact new customers by phone and email to introduce our services and set appointments.
  • Responsible for complying with all safety requirements while on company property and at customer sites.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of B2B sales experience (inside or outside) or account management, including cold calling, emailing, or using a CRM.
  • Some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
  • Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to all situations.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
