About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Representative Hybrid to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. This role will be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction through timely and effective processing of refund requests, responding to communication from third-party payors with requests for refunds, reviewing, auditing, and processing accounts in credit balance modules identifying accounts for which a refund is due, and authorizing and processing refund requests submitted by staff within the department.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, banking, or finance, and proficiency in using EPIC platform and providing successful customer service experience with patients and insurers.

The estimated salary for this role is $27.30 per hour, based on the job description, location, and market conditions.
