Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Health Network Specialist to join our team at Dental Health Services. As a key member of our network development team, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships with dental organizations and internal business partners within our company.

Your primary focus will be on successfully managing relationships with dental organizations as accounts, ensuring access to care requirements are met, and supporting the growth of strong, stable provider networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a provider network in the assigned territory.
  2. Collaborate with Professional Services management to optimize provider contracts.
  3. Orient and train providers on company plans and materials.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely updates to company data systems.
  5. Prevent/resolve Member Service concerns and issues.
  6. Develop required reporting and assist in marketing materials creation.
  7. Support DMHC, OIC, OID audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates with 4 years of network recruiting, sales, and/or account management experience will be considered.
  • Driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable DMV record.
  • Knowledge of provider service operations in a dental plan member/provider environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • PC literacy required, MS Office skills.

Estimated Annual Salary: $90,000 - $125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
