Cloud Alliance Manager

The US Cloud Alliance Manager is a hybrid position responsible for managing and growing monday.com relationships with key stakeholders within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem. This includes overseeing joint go-to-market plans, collaborating on product integration and co-selling efforts, and driving customer adoption of monday.com solutions.
About the Role
- Establish strong relationships with AWS US sales organization and key stakeholders.
- Host joint events targeted for specific industries and identify new business development opportunities.
- Drive AWS customers' adoption of monday.com solutions through lunch and learns, joint events, and co-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at AWS and monday.com to execute go-to-market plans.
- Stay up-to-date with AWS partners programs, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of SaaS experience working with Cloud Providers in sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of the business landscape and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Relationship management skills: Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop a long-term vision and plans for partnerships.
- Communication skills: Effective communication of partnership value to internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a base salary of $192,750 per year, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards based on company performance.
