Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, generating sales leads and prospects, and making direct sales calls and presentations to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by following up with registered clients to build relationships, create initial orders, and keep clients actively using our services.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments with clients, build relationships with field employees, and manage field employee relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance: Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
