Job Summary

Mohawk Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand existing accounts and attract new business.
  • Coordinate renewal marketing processes, providing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare account specifications, negotiate pricing, and finalize policy conditions.
  • Manage account services, ensuring timely and accurate policy issuance and invoicing.
  • Provide technical expertise in coverage and market trends, explaining complex concepts to clients.
  • Expand existing accounts by developing new coverages and services.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to E&O procedures.
  • Manage complex accounts and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • P&C Insurance license required.
  • CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of insurance experience in an Account Management position.
  • Proven marketing, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel.
  • AMS 360 Agency management system knowledge.
