SALES CONSULTANT - CARTIER

Objective/Mission


As a representative of the Maison, you will strive to meet and surpass sales objectives set by management while actively cultivating your client portfolio. Your role is to ensure an unparalleled client experience at every interaction and to contribute positively to the boutique's daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance:
Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales goals as outlined by management.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting each client, and maintaining high standards of service throughout the sales process.
Adapt your approach based on individual client needs and preferences.
Effectively negotiate and address client concerns.
Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, offering recommendations that enhance their experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific initiatives, collaborating with management to develop tailored plans for clients.
Accurately document client information for follow-up and relationship enhancement, utilizing available tools effectively.
Resolve client issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Work with management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.

Daily Boutique Operations:
Comply with all security and operational protocols for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of the boutique, reporting any maintenance needs.
Contribute to the merchandising and upkeep of displays and inventory.
Participate in daily and annual inventory counts to ensure successful audits.
Assist with special projects as required (e.g., price adjustments, back-office tasks).

Job Profile
Education:
Preferred college degree.

Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality sectors.
General knowledge of timepiece mechanics.

Technical Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficient in computer and internet usage.
Experience with MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Personal Skills/Abilities:
Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exemplify the role of a genuine Maison Ambassador.
Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the Cartier brand positively.
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and events.

Expected Compensation:
Hourly range of $23 to $27 (overtime eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
