We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administration Specialist to join our team at IASIS Healthcare. As an Office Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Office staff.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous clerical experience working in a healthcare environment and a strong ability to multitask. You will be responsible for:

  • Billing Support Responsibilities:
  • Print paper claims, medical records, and submit to payors via US Mail as needed
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is attached to the claim
  • Document notes in the patient account system for tracking of billed accounts
  • Provide outside physicians with patient insurance information as requested
  • Work special billing-related projects as needed

 

You will also be responsible for Document Imaging Responsibilities, which include opening and separating department-related incoming mail, scanning incoming correspondence to patient accounts, and giving original correspondence to appropriate parties.

 

In addition to your administrative duties, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting callers with their inquiries. You will also assist all business office team members with clerical functions as requested.

 

This role offers a competitive salary of **$45,000 - $60,000 per year**, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
