Job Description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Galloway Law Firm team, including managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and handling filing and record-keeping tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
  • Handle filing and record-keeping tasks, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in office software applications, demonstrating computer literacy.
  • Experience as a law firm receptionist is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
