Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Operations Dispatcher. This role involves planning and scheduling all types of work orders in the established field of operations.

About the Position

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. The job is based in Houston, TX or Dodge Center, MN.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and scheduling all types of work orders in the established field of operations
  • Ensuring minimum wind turbine downtime and maximum productivity by balancing all assigned region orders
  • Coordinating with service crews to ensure timely completion of work orders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 1-3 years of business support experience in either inventory or office administration
  • Experience working with enterprise resource programs (Salesforce/SAP desired)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
