Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a motivated entry-level Customer Service Associate to assist in our customer service, marketing, and sales efforts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing customer service and sales functions, effectively representing our brand, and fostering strong relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers, showcasing comprehensive product knowledge and educating them about our offerings.
- Conduct market research to connect with both new and existing customers, driving sales growth.
- Articulate product and service features and advantages tailored to individual customer needs.
- Handle objections during the sales process and provide timely, professional responses to inquiries.

Qualifications:
