Customer Service Agent

This is an on-site role.

Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $16-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and professionally manage customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Establish and maintain routine procedures to enhance time management.
  • Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures.
  • Compile and generate statistical reports as necessary.
  • Participate in cross-training for various duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Pre-Screen:
  • Successful candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and/or MVR check.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record free of major violations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Rare: (less than 10%): squatting, depth perception, color vision, crawling, pushing, pulling, seeing distant, climbing ladders, balancing, gripping.
  • Occasional: (up to 33%): stooping, kneeling, squatting, body twisting, sense of touch, manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent: (up to 66%): standing, walking, sitting.
  • Continuous: (up to 100%): seeing, reading, hearing-speech-range, speaking clearly.
Safety:

Due to the nature of the industry and the requirement to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must possess sufficient eyesight to judge distances and coordinate equipment, maintain focus for extended periods, endure various weather conditions while performing tasks, and communicate effectively.
