Pontera is a fintech company on a mission to revolutionize the way people manage their retirement savings. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard, maintain, and expand key relationships with Enterprise partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to build and execute onboarding strategies with large Enterprise clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand our business and deepen relationships with Enterprise partners, and develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure partners have the resources and coverage they need to better serve their clients, and share customer feedback and product insights with the internal team.
- Set partner KPIs, monitor and report on success, and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment and growth.
- Coordinate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure a seamless connection and integration across Pontera and client systems prior to Enterprise launches.
- Continuously test and refine your approach to improve channel productivity and exceed growth targets.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of professional experience in key account management, channel sales, and/or strategic partnership management
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting directly with C-level executives
- High EQ, with a demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative team player, able to coordinate internal stakeholders and gain buy-in
- Highly entrepreneurial, creative, and opportunistic
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- A sense of urgency, persistence, scrappiness, and grit
- Strong project management skills
- Willing to travel (up to 20%)
