About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Partnerships team, where you will play a key role in leading our efforts with equity-oriented affiliated managers. As a Senior Associate/Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for coordinating with our Strategic Partners' investment, operations, IR, and senior management teams to produce key marketing messages that resonate with prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating with our Strategic Partners to develop key marketing messages and materials
  2. Supporting the development of fundraising plans and strategies
  3. Researching and identifying target prospects for our Strategic Partners
  4. Coordinating activities throughout the fundraise process with all relevant stakeholders
  5. Maintaining market intelligence and understanding the competitive landscape for our Strategic Partners' fund offerings
  6. Supporting the creation of marketing materials, such as offering memorandums, investor presentations, and fact sheets
  7. Crafting and coordinating responses to investor information requests
  8. Coordinating road shows, conferences, and investor meetings
  9. Working closely with other functional teams to advance fundraising objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a relevant discipline
  • ~10 years of experience in the asset management industry with private equity or other asset classes
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage conflicts
  • Ability to share information and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on managing workload and professional development

Compensation

Salary Range: $170K - $220K

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
