Regional Decking and Railing Sales Manager Job Description

Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an experienced Regional Decking and Railing Sales Manager to lead a team of outside salespeople in launching and growing profitable sales of Decking, Railing, and Outdoor Structures within their assigned Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of outside salespeople to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans that are measurable and have a clear objective.
  • Provide on-the-job training and product knowledge to associates and customers.
  • Build long-lasting business relationships with key target customers and sell products.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to create and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills.
  • Driven and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively motivate and support the sales team.
  • Effective strategic thinking and tactical execution.
