Position Summary:

The Director of Human Resources will collaborate closely with the Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to oversee and enhance all HR functions within the Alpha network. This pivotal role emphasizes strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, compliance, and the promotion of a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Management: Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, manage HRIS, and ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining accurate HR policies.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and enhance management capabilities across the network.
  • Employee Development: Oversee performance management systems, provide coaching, and identify training needs to support staff growth and development.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
