About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Southern California region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth and developing strong relationships with ESCOs, facility managers, and end users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the building automation and HVAC controls industry
  • Sell into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, and other key accounts
  • Utilize owner-direct and plan & spec sales strategies to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the building automation and HVAC controls industry
  • Proven track record of success in selling into ESCOs, hospitals, and industrial facilities
  • Owner-direct and plan & spec sales experience a plus
