We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Eastern Sports Management as a Business Development Director. In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting and attracting national, regional, and local tournament and event operators to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers across all sports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize business growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
