Position Overview

Are you passionate about hospitality? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our front office operations. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of management experience in a hotel front office setting. We value creativity and fresh perspectives to enhance our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to the front desk team, including recruitment and training initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional hospitality and customer service are prioritized at all times.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and establish individual and team objectives.
  • Manage room bookings and distribution effectively.
  • Provide financial forecasting and budgeting insights for the Rooms Division.
  • Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping department.
  • Administer pricing strategies and promotional packages.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high-quality service for guests.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a pleasant phone presence.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Willingness to complete fire safety and CPR training.
