Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts by developing relationships with key decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and selling our services to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
- Provide solutions and designs to meet the technical requirements of our clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bids to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience with knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
