Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts by developing relationships with key decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and selling our services to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Provide solutions and designs to meet the technical requirements of our clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bids to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience with knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
