Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Hampton Inn Wilmington. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to every guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling room assignments and key card distribution.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and basic accounting duties.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
