Job Overview

Role Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the heartbeat of our hotel, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service from the moment guests arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills while interacting with guests and team members.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and events to assist guests in their plans.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and utilize hotel management software to perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and ideally three to six months of relevant experience. A passion for customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves a mix of standing, sitting, and moving around the front desk area. Candidates should be prepared to lift items up to 50 pounds and accommodate a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
