Job Summary

Tharaldson Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, providing solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Communication: Answer and route calls, take guest messages, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during shifts, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Housekeeping: Replenish continental breakfast, maintain common areas, and perform laundry functions as directed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to answer and route calls accurately.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High School degree or better.
