We are seeking an experienced Amazon International Account Manager to oversee expansion efforts and success drivers of our Health and Wellness brands on the Amazon Germany/EU marketplace. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon accounts, particularly in the Consumables category and in international marketplaces, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations, execute strategic initiatives, and manage budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Amazon Germany/EU seller accounts for our portfolio of Health and Wellness brands, ensuring optimal performance, sales growth, profitability metrics, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners, including suppliers, distributors, and service providers, to ensure smooth operations, proper compliance, and successful strategy execution.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for Amazon Germany/EU operations, ensuring cost-effective activities that align with each brand's financial goals.
  • Utilize your extensive experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to effectively plan and forecast inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
  • Lead brand initiatives for international Amazon expansion, leveraging your experience to identify growth opportunities and navigate challenges in new markets.
  • Analyze account performance metrics, identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability. Present regularly to brand teams and leadership on performance.

This role requires a proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon accounts, particularly in the Consumables category and in international marketplaces. Experience managing Amazon Germany/EU accounts is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, proficiency in working with third-party partners, strong budget management skills, and a deep understanding of Amazon FBA operations.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a full-time position with competitive pay, a health benefits package, 401K, and a casual company environment with a work hard/play hard culture.
