**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our Retention Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their success with our platform, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide product support to customers after their initial onboarding period
  • Engage with users who are experiencing issues to help resolve them efficiently
  • Educate clients on the Chargezoom platform features using industry best practices
  • Offer platform demos for specific features that may address customer pain points
  • Ensure customers set up their automations in the most efficient way possible
  • Identify gaps in the customer experience that may lead to confusion or churn
  • Work proactively with customers who have decreased usage on the platform
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams on escalations

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a software company
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills through various channels
  • A passion for supporting customers and helping them achieve their goals
  • Experience working in HubSpot CRM or Help Desk tools is a plus

**Compensation**

On-target earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $98,000

Base Salary: $60,000 - $72,000

Monthly bonus based on NRR (net revenue retention)
