Position Overview:


Helio Health is dedicated to addressing and fostering recovery from the impacts of substance use, mental health challenges, and various behavioral health concerns.

In alignment with Helio Health's mission, the Residential Services Coordinator (Facilities Support Specialist) is responsible for regular maintenance of the facility and grounds, as well as the transportation of residents and materials to support our clients.

Currently, we have several openings for Residential Services Coordinators (Facilities Support Specialists) to join our team on a Full-Time basis within Helio Health's residential programs.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Alongside Helio Health's extensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this role are eligible for a Sign-On bonus of up to $1,500.

Compensation:
$18.15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Helio Health vehicles to transport residents and gather necessary supplies for residential programs.

- Facilitate routine room turnovers, furniture relocations, and general maintenance of the residence.

- Maintain accurate program reports and documentation for relevant inventories.

- Assist in problem-solving and implementing program adjustments as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Valid NYS Driver's License is mandatory.

- Proficient in monitoring the safety, security, and maintenance needs of the facility.

- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and community agencies.

- Capability to work independently and utilize basic computer applications.
