Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Access Control: Monitor, announce, and control access to the property, maintaining a secure and safe environment.
  • Surveillance and Reporting: Review access control cameras frequently and report any suspicious activity according to front desk procedures.
  • Resident Services: Provide package handling, dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurant reservations, and coordinate housekeeping or other community-specific services as needed.
  • Customer Service: Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.
  • Property Rules and Regulations: Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.
  • Local Knowledge: Possess an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area's attractions, nightlife, and special services to enhance a 5-star residential-living experience.
  • Reporting and Communication: Review and complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR), complete incident reports for management, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Resident and Guest Concerns: Ensure that resident and guest concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner, reporting any dissatisfaction to the Property Manager and/or Lead Concierge.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in luxury residential buildings in front desk operations and safety practices.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with staff.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Building link or similar system is a must.
  • Physical Demands: Willing to stand for 8 hours in a front desk area.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to perform duties in a professional manner.
  • Availability: Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Work Environment: Work is performed inside and outside a property or installation, with exposure to inclement weather conditions and unpredictable crisis situations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to take initiative to identify and resolve problems.
