Hope House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Residential Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling and on-call duties for our facility, ensuring seamless operations and timely responses to client needs.
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular chart audits and provide administrative support to the Program Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Admission Department and Manager to ensure smooth referrals, screenings, and admissions processes.
  • Facilitate program staff meetings and case conferences to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and perform medication self-administration duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience in Substance Use Disorder or a related field.
  • Must maintain licensure and credentials at all times.
