We are currently seeking a Regional Manager of Residential Services to join our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the Residential Services team, requiring a solid background in residential and direct care operations.
  • Managing and supervising multiple Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA's) operated by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services.
  • Handling specific duties related to maintenance, transportation, recreation, quality assurance, development, education & training, and personnel management pertinent to the IRA's.
  • Participating in organizational meetings, representing the agency at various events, and advocating for the individuals served by the agency. This role necessitates collaboration and entails performing related tasks as required.
Regional Manager of Residential Services Minimum Salary: $24.72/hour

Regional Manager of Residential Services Maximum Salary: $24.72/hour

Regional Manager of Residential Services Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend duties

**A $1.50/hour differential is offered for hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**

Qualifications:
  • Valid NYS Driver's License and personal transportation required.
  • An Associate's Degree in human services or a related field is necessary.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the developmental disabilities sector, along with supervisory experience, is preferred.
