Job Summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with support teams, including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff, to provide well-rounded, person-centered supports.
  • Ensure the overall well-being and safety of residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report on program progress and resident outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS Driver's License and personal transportation.
  • High School diploma/GED required; higher education preferred.
  • Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
