POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will spearhead the strategic vision and implementation of growth initiatives primarily focused on the custom fixtures sector. This role is pivotal in discovering new business avenues, nurturing robust relationships, and driving overall expansion and revenue enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Formulate and execute detailed business development and marketing strategies to meet growth targets.
2. Identify and assess target markets and prospective clients aligned with our Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing expertise.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to refine strategies as necessary.
4. Lead marketing initiatives to bolster the company's footprint in current markets and explore new opportunities.
5. Cultivate and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
6. Establish and maintain influential relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and strategic collaborators.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of company capabilities to potential clients in various digital formats.
8. Relay customer expectations to internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, including pricing, timelines, quality, and other project specifics.
9. Project sales and profit margins for new clients.
10. Willingness to travel as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success in securing new business and driving growth within the custom fixture industry.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a talent for developing and executing innovative business strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Client Management.
- Collaborates closely with all internal departments.

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
- Oversee strategic approaches to new business opportunities.
- Identify target markets that align with company capabilities.
- Recommend and oversee marketing strategies.
