Overview

As the Senior Vice President, you will be instrumental in broadening our market footprint, optimizing customer lifetime value, and fostering sustainable business development.

Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Formulate and implement a robust business development strategy aimed at increasing revenue from existing clientele.
  • Identify and assess key accounts with high growth potential, utilizing analytical insights and market research.
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with critical stakeholders within client organizations, including senior executives, to grasp their business goals and challenges.
  • Proactively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities by comprehending customer challenges and aligning our offerings to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create customized solutions and value propositions that resonate with our current customers.
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and new business initiatives, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to uncover new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive management regarding business development efforts, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business development roles, particularly in driving revenue growth from existing clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to analyze market trends, pinpoint opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Results-driven approach with a commitment to exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer value.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in retail, fintech, and logistics sectors is highly advantageous.
