Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and their guests. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the overall experience within our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and their families with inquiries and support.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms, to uphold the safety of residents and property.
  • Document incidents, work orders, and other concerns as necessary.
  • Handle deliveries of packages, plants, and medications, ensuring they are distributed or stored as per requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of community key issuance and gate access.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Address resident, family, and employee concerns promptly, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
  • Uphold a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three months of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is required.
  • You should exhibit compassion, professionalism, and a helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards residents and coworkers.
