Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, visitors, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our community.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing reports and maintaining records.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and door alarms to ensure the safety and security of our residents and property.
- Process packages, plants, and prescription drugs, and deliver or hold as requested.
- Maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes.
- Assist other departments with administrative functions, such as data entry and filing.
- Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and respectful manner.
Requirements
- Three months of related experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
