Job Description:
Become a part of a dedicated team committed to assisting individuals and families during challenging times. The training and responsibilities associated with this role will primarily take place onsite.

Employees may have the opportunity to work remotely after successfully completing training, which includes a minimum of 8 days onsite. We are looking for empathetic individuals who are ready to provide essential support at our National Assistance Center.

This is a seasonal position aimed at making a positive impact in the community.

AS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL:
  • Provide vital assistance to individuals and families by following established call protocols to collect, enter, and verify information.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Maintain adherence to customer service and documentation standards to ensure effective support.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts.
  • The ability to start work with minimal notice.
  • A willingness to work onsite as required.
  • Access to reliable internet service with specified bandwidth requirements.
  • Strong crisis management skills to assist callers during emotional situations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to pass a government background check.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Residency within a reasonable commuting distance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Full-time, hybrid (onsite and remote) opportunities are available.
