Job Description:
Become a part of a dedicated team committed to assisting individuals in need. The training and responsibilities associated with this role are conducted onsite at our designated facility.

Employees may have the opportunity to work remotely after successfully completing training, which includes a minimum of 8 days onsite. We are looking for compassionate individuals to support families and individuals during challenging times at our Assistance Center.

This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact as you help others navigate through difficult situations.

In this vital support role, you will:
- Make a difference in the lives of others by providing assistance through call guides to collect, enter, and verify information
- Handle a high volume of calls in an inbound contact center setting, supporting individuals and families affected by recent events
- Follow established customer service and documentation standards to ensure the necessary level of support

To excel in this position, you must possess:
- Flexible availability and a willingness to work various shifts
- The ability to start work with minimal notice
- A commitment to working onsite as required
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- Skills to manage crisis situations and provide support during emotional calls
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to pass a government background check
- U.S. Citizenship
- Residency within a reasonable distance of the facility

Please note:

Regular and timely attendance related to assigned work schedules, including breaks and lunches, is required to maintain adequate staffing levels and response times.

The expected hourly rate for this position is approximately $20.84, subject to adjustments based on experience and location.
