Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team at World Market Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our retail markets, driving business success through effective HR strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to our regional teams, focusing on associate relations, talent development, performance management, and compliance.
  • Partner with field leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that drive business results and enhance the associate experience.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HR practices across all retail locations, including hiring, onboarding, training, and associate engagement.
  • Manage and resolve complex HR issues, providing guidance and support to managers and associates.
  • Train managers on HR practices and procedures, including coaching, discipline, and hiring.

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or comparable generalist HR work experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • 3+ years of previous management experience in Human Resources or a related field, with a broad range of HR disciplines.
  • Indisputable personal work characteristics, including professionalism, objectivity, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with all levels, from associate to executive.

Pay Range
$100,000-$125,000 annually
