About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales solutions that meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
