Position Summary

Trulieve is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for daily SAP cycle count reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce daily SAP cycle count reports.
  • Conduct cycle counts for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and non-conforming items daily.
  • Adjust discrepancies for over/under amounts and damaged products in SAP.
  • Assist in receiving raw materials and ensure the Purchase Order aligns with the packing slip.
  • Support the closure of production jobs in SAP.
  • Reconcile all packaging counts in SAP.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations.
  • Work with inventory control and purchasing teams to identify missing products in deliveries.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Strong mathematical and theoretical skills for complex problem-solving.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (State Law).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the shift lead or Inventory Manager.
  • Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a height of at least 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Capability to work seated or standing for extended periods, maintain balance while climbing ladders or stairs, and perform tasks requiring frequent use of hands and fingers.
  • Must handle organic materials daily and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Visual acuity to perform activities such as reading and inspecting small parts/details.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in moderate noise environments.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, is available for this position. This role typically requires an average of 40 hours per week and may involve after-hours availability for emergencies.
