Job Summary

The Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Twin Rivers Technologies' logistical processes. This position is responsible for leading the team that manages the flow of materials, products, and information from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and oversight to the Logistics Team to ensure safe practices are implemented and consistently followed.
    • Support the development and career planning of team members, addressing any performance issues as needed.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Collaborate with the Shift Supervisors, Materials Management, and Customer Service to plan and schedule production, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
    • Coordinate material flow from receipt to storage and delivery, adhering to product requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Control and Management
    • Ensure accurate and efficient use of TRT's order and inventory management systems (SAP).
    • Work with Plant Materials Management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure adherence to good manufacturing and distributing practices, observing all product requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP's, SQF, Kosher, NIST, FRA, OSHA, QAKE).
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as requested or required to support the Logistics Team and Twin Rivers Technologies' business objectives.
