Quality Control Analyst

Overview: The Quality Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials adhere to established quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming products to verify compliance with specifications, utilizing both visual assessments and measurement techniques. Report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager for appropriate action.
- Perform routine weekly inspections of warehouse inventory.
- Carry out weighing and labeling processes for all inspected shipments to accurately reflect product specifications and supplier details.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection outcomes by completing necessary reports and logs.
- Keep track of classification results through comprehensive documentation.
- Execute daily cleaning and sanitizing protocols at each workstation, adhering to established procedures before and after shifts.
- Document and maintain records for each cleaning and sanitizing activity.
- Conduct periodic quality control inspections of finished products and communicate findings to the Warehouse Manager.
- Regularly update records related to periodic inspection results.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following safety standards and complying with relevant regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Involves repetitive motions.
- May require reaching above shoulder height or below waist level and lifting as necessary to manage documents or materials throughout the workday.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds using proper techniques.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of boxes may be necessary.
