Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean and safe working environment, optimize space utilization, and follow FDA, OSHA, and SQF Regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work in conjunction with the Production and Inspection Departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and maintain inventory, report any discrepancies, and provide accurate data for analysis.

Requirements

  • Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of modern warehousing practices and procedures.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to operate mechanized equipment, including utility vehicles, forklifts, and high-rise automated storage equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and computer navigation skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a positive team environment, and adapt to change and work under pressure.

Physical Demands

  • The position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
  • The employee may reach above shoulder heights or below the waist and lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.
  • May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of boxes.
  • The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds and use proper lifting techniques.
